About the Role ✨
We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Growth Operations Team (reporting to the Growth Operations Manager) and help us get our restaurants up and running and keep them in top shape. The Operations Associate will assist with the maintenance and operations of the central warehouse and ensure the end customer experience for our partners is world class level.
Projects you'll be working on 💻
Support the day-to-day operations of the Snackpass central warehouse
Process and maintain stock for all decentralized warehouses
Shipping and receiving
Ensure all shipping and logistics SLAs are met and completed accurately and in a timely manner
Assist Growth Ops Specialist with Snackpass team requests and all kiosk related troubleshooting and assistance
Provide on the ground support for kiosk in the Berkeley and adjoining areas
Assist with reports and updates on the operations and supply of the central warehouse
Assist Growth Ops Specialist with maintenance of the Snackpass store
Under direction of Growth Ops Specialist, respond equipment related issues that regularly come up
