THE CHALLENGE

As General Manager, you will lead the Singapore team to:

  • Develop and operationalise action plans to grow the business, meet organisational objectives, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate all functions of Smove Singapore that have an impact on P&L and business growth
  • Work closely with operations, customer service, finance, and product to ensure a sustainable Singapore business
  • Monitor Singapore performance against planned growth and key metrics to meet sustainable profitability
  • Manage vehicle pricing to ensure a balance between maximum utilisation and revenue per car
  • Manage relationships with key partners

ABOUT YOU: THE CHALLENGER

Functional

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • A track record of being data driven and metrics oriented
  • Experience in high growth organisations with strong experience in troubleshooting and streamlining operational issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

Non Functional

  • Sound leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
  • Well developed and proven judgment and problem solving skills
  • Self motivated and self directed, takes initiative
  • Open minded, with an energetic and positive growth mindset
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong experience in the Singapore market
