• Minimum of 4 years of business analyst, process improvement, data librarian or related experience • Excellent leadership skills; Minimum of 2 years of experience managing employees • Minimum of 4 years bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Ability to work independently on multiple projects while managing deadlines a must • Ability to conceptualize and formalize business and technical requirements • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Fluent in English; Bi/Multilingual a plus • Detail oriented individual with strong organizational skills • Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people in multiple locations throughout the world • Ability to handle multiple reporting structures |
