As a Solution Sales Specialist, you will be a solution sales leader within our business and trusted advisor to advance the Brandfolder sales process. You will work with customers to understand their DAM requirements and recommend solutions. 

This key role is part of the Commercial team, reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Sales and is based in London or UK Remote.

You will: 

  • Support the Smartsheet Account Executive to drive complex and strategic deals and influence DAM opportunities by engaging with key business and technical contacts,
  • Act as the subject matter expert for DAM, navigate complex deal orchestration, support competitor displacement opportunities, and share proven practices with Account Executives through readiness and coaching to accelerate sales opportunities. As a subject matter expert on DAM, you will engage confidently at the VP Marketing and CMO level to present your findings and initiatives.
  • Accelerate opportunities with business value-focused presentations, competitive differentiation, creative deal strategies, demos and storytelling that positions Brandfolder in a strong position versus competition. 
  • Execute a solution-based sales process encompassing multiple groups within accounts in the Commercial Sales segment 
  • Develop and prospect new business opportunities for Brandfolder within existing Smartsheet customers by partnering with the Smartsheet account team, analyzing and proactively targeting high-value needs across multiple departments and lines of business.
  • Partner and collaborate with the Smartsheet account teams to create a strategy to grow DAM business in a select set of high priority Smartsheet accounts.
  • Provide technical expertise on Marketing Creative Management solutions where required. 

You have: 

  • 5+ years full cycle sales management in the SaaS space working with Enterprise level accounts
  • 3+ years experience selling Digital Asset Management and/or adjacent marketing solutions
  • Experience working within SMB (50 to 250 employees), Mid Market (250 to 2000 employees) and Major accounts (2000 to 10,000 employees), preferably in a supporting capacity
  • Collaborative mindset working  with team members to discover new opportunities. Drives incremental revenue growth through personal campaigns (e.g., portfolio analysis) or internal sources (e.g., Marketing).
  • Collaborates with extended sales team, partners, and marketing to conduct business analysis (e.g., whitespace analysis, identify industry trends) to pursue high-potential customers and develop a target list of potential business.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, evolving, high-growth company 
  • Demonstrable ability to leverage sales methodologies (e.g. The Challenger Sale)
  • A data-driven sales approach that informs your process and guidance to customers
  • Comfort in ambiguity with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-­functionally within the organization, and thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Experience negotiating six figure solutions with C-level executives
  • Second EMEA language preferrable
