Finance Analyst, WWFO (Sales)

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the WWFO (Sales) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The Financial Analyst will help drive outstanding financial outcomes for our WWFO organization by executing a strong rhythm of business cadence, serving as a trusted business partner across the organization and acting as a catalyst for change. The ideal candidate will be analytical, effective in building and maintaining strong relationships, and have the ability to communicate insights effectively. This is a highly visible role that will involve interaction with senior sales leaders.

This role will report to our Senior Manager of FP&A located in our Bellevue, WA office. This role is remote eligible.

You Will:

  • Support senior WWFO leaders by executing a strong rhythm of business including monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting related to Opex
  • Collaborate with Corporate FP&A and Accounting to ensure complete and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting including updating of enterprise planning system 
  • Automate and improve existing processes around rhythm of business for reporting and forecasting purposes
  • Build and maintain financial models related to commission accrued and cash expenses
  • Enhance and manage financial models used to forecast topline metrics
  • Partner with RevOps and BI to support company wide topline reporting initiatives and OKRs
  • Provide overall support and coordination to the WWFO FP&A team including general inquiries, ad-hoc requests and projects

You Have: 

  • 2+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth in Finance/FP&A positions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar quantitative discipline preferred but not required
  • Language fluency in English
  • Exposure to SaaS subscription-based business models and associated KPIs a plus
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and enterprise planning applications like Planful, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan a plus
  • Experience with Opex modeling and forecasting, large data sets and sophisticated models, proven proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint presentations and deck creation
  • Excitement for data/BI and deep curiosity for leveraging systems to work more efficiently
