Smartly is looking for an experienced Quality Analyst who will lead a team of analysts responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of QA processes across the different platforms, primarily HTML5. Your role encompasses overseeing the testing procedures, ensuring consistency in campaign copies, and QA analyzing requirements of the different creative delivery types. 

 

As Head of QA at Smartly, you will …

  • Lead and mentor a team of Quality Analysts to ensure efficient testing procedures and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee functional and manual testing procedures of HTML5 creative ads on various browsers and platforms to guarantee optimal performance and user experience.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide constructive feedback and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Analyze test requirements, develop comprehensive test cases, and execute tests following established standards and best practices.
  • Take ownership of the quality of creatives ensuring they meet design specifications and function as intended as well as the overall QA workflow, and work with other workflow owners to ensure processes are optimal. 
  • Identify and report bugs and errors to solutions and development teams promptly, facilitating timely resolution and minimizing impact on campaign timelines.
  • Lead optimization, automation, and scalability discussions involving QA processes.

 

We're definitely looking for you, if you ...

  • Demonstrate keen attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear and efficient communication within the team, internal and external stakeholders, and other workflow owners.
  • Experience with Studio, CM360, or Google Ads is preferred
  • Knowledge of Paid Social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat is advantageous. 
  • Strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple testing procedures 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5 is desirable to facilitate effective communication with development teams and contribute to technical discussions.
  • Familiarity with Browserstack or similar testing tools is preferred, facilitating comprehensive testing across various browsers and platforms.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing teams
