Smartling is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for a remote, work-from-home position. We are looking for a highly experienced CRM and Email Campaign Specialist with expert-level proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce. This role is crucial for enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our B2B technology company's sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing and optimizing CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and a strong command of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and HubL for advanced data analytics and system customizations. This role demands a candidate who can seamlessly blend technical CRM expertise with HubSpot operations, ensuring that our sales and marketing efforts are both effective and efficiently executed.

You Will

  • Serve as the primary administrator for our HubSpot CRM system, ensuring its optimal configuration, customization, and integration with Salesforce. Utilize extensive knowledge of HubSpot for creating sophisticated modules, workflows, and user experiences
  • Manage and optimize the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring smooth data synchronization and leveraging SOQL and HubL to enhance system functionalities and data insights
  • Plan, develop, and execute  email campaigns within HubSpot. Handle all aspects of backend automation with HubSpot, maintaining alignment and maximizing efficiency
  • Champion data integrity and quality across both platforms. Analyze complex sales data using SOQL to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
  • Produce detailed reports on campaign outcomes and CRM performance metrics regularly. Implement ongoing enhancements based on analytical insights and best practices in A/B testing
  • Provide advanced training and support to team members on effectively utilizing HubSpot and Salesforce. Offer expert guidance during weekly office hours to help optimize sales and marketing operations

You Have

  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot administration, including extensive experience with custom module development, complex workflow creation, and performance optimization
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and HubL for precise data manipulation and reporting
  • A proven ability to manage large-scale email campaigns and a strong understanding of email regulations, best practices, and analytics
  • Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot and Salesforce Administrator, with in-depth knowledge of both platforms
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, capable of leading initiatives and collaborating effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred but not required

Experience using Jira, Asana, G Suite, Apollo.io, Regie.ai

The US national total pay range for this role is $55,000-$75,000, including a variable incentive component. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and my vary from the amounts listed.
