Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager helps the world’s top retailers plan and execute personalized, behavioral cross-channel marketing programs using email, website personalization, and other channels. Working closely with our Client Success Directors, the Campaign Manager helps to develop, prioritize, and execute segments and experiences within the SmarterHQ platform.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Client Success Directors and Project Managers to develop and execute campaign roadmaps and project timelines in order to build, test and launch client marketing campaigns in the SmarterHQ platform
  • Communicate directly with clients for all campaign execution requirements and deliverables
  • Assist in testing campaigns prior to launch
  • Deliver reporting and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis
  • Document and contribute content to the client success story index for both internal use and client use

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, or relevant experience
  • At least 2+ years experience in email marketing or retail site optimization/personalization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage workflow and tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of one or more major ESPs, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Experian Cheetahmail, Responsys, or Silverpop
  • Knowledge of web analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, and IBM Coremetrics a plus
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms a plus
  • Experience working in a SaaS based company a plus
