About the role
As an Engineering Manager you will promote a culture of collaboration and innovation leading to a success. Your team will span multiple locations and will cooperate with engineers from all around the world.
- Take a proactive approach to improving the entire software development life-cycle.
- Leverage Agile best practices to manage the delivery of software through continuous deployment, integration and test-driven development.
- Coach and grow your engineers to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, building relationships to deliver on company goals.
- Work effectively with product managers, engineers and leadership to grow your team and most effectively meet aggressive business outcomes.
- Determine processes and metrics to ensure products are market ready.
We are looking for you if you have:
- 2+ years of experience managing software development Agile teams
- Experience in SaaS based company with multi-site teams preferred
- Software development experience and ability to coach others
- Ability to turn high level requirements into actionable plans with projected target dates
- Experience in identifying people’s needs and talents
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Selenium testing (nice to have)
- Experience with mobile devices (nice to have)
- English on at least B2 level
