Associate UX Designer

· Preparation of intuitive, friendly, useful solutions based on the collected knowledge, business and user needs.

· Play a role in the product development process, from creating the vision and strategy for product features to crafting the fit and finish of interface details.

· Collaborate with other designers and researchers in Figma, Miro and Dovetail.

About the role:

 

As an Associate User Experience Designer you will work on the design of complex software testing products.

· Daily cooperation with the project team and the UX team.

· Communicating with people from all over the world, understanding cultural differences.

· Planning and conducting design research, conducting workshops, running usability tests, analyze findings.

· Creating wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes.

 

We are looking for you if you have:

· Completed master’s degree in design, psychology or related to human interaction field.

· Knowledge of design and prototyping tools like Figma.

· Ability to turn problems into user friendly & intuitive solutions.

· Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

· Courage to speak up and a can-do approach.

· Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team (developers, product managers, product owners, technical writers, support etc).

· Portfolio showcasing design projects and process.

· English on at least B2 level.
