Product Designer

  • Preparation of intuitive, friendly, useful solutions based on the collected knowledge, business and user needs.
  • Play a vital role in the product development process, from creating the vision and strategy for product features to crafting the fit and finish of interface details.

About the role:
As Product Designer you will work on the design of complex software testing products. You will be an independent expert, working in a team environment that supports boosting creativity, you will have space to improve your design skills. Preparation of intuitive, friendly, useful solutions based on the collected knowledge, business, and user needs.

  • Preparation of intuitive, friendly, useful solutions based on the collected knowledge, business, and user needs.
  • Refining the current design system.
  • Conducting research and interviews, getting to know the testing industry, analysis of competing systems.
  • Gathering and evaluating requirements in collaboration with the product owner and project team.
  • Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Working as a mentor and coach for colleagues.

 We are looking for you if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Very good knowledge of design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
  • Ability to turn problems into user-friendly & intuitive solutions.
  • Courage to speak up and a can-do approach. Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team (developers, product managers, product owners, etc.)
  • English on at least B2 level.
