Marketing Communications Manager
In this exciting new role, you will lead our corporate messaging and voice, content development, and PR efforts. You will craft compelling narratives that bring our brand story to life and resonate with customers and employees. Collaborate across teams to drive integrated marketing campaigns and amplify customer voices. At the core, you live for brand storytelling that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
As our Marketing Communications Manager, you will:
- Keep our corporate narrative, brand voice, and messaging fresh and current
- Use big picture thinking to turn marketing and business goals into engaging stories and experiences
- Oversee content creation across channels and functions
- Contribute to our PR strategy and agency relationship
- Manage and mentor brand communications specialist
- Have an obsession with customers and a passion for building human-centric brands
- Use customer feedback and external data to ensure everything we do resonates with our audiences
