About you:

As Chief of Staff your primary role will be to maximize the efficiency and execution of the CEO.  Organizing and prioritizing critical issues and required information, you will plan and direct operational and administrative activities for the CEO and the company's executive team.  Incredible opportunity to make an impact from day 1 and see a high performance, high growth company from the leadership's perspective. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
  • Working across departments to ensure alignment, consistent communication and progress toward goals
  • Planning, coordinating and keeping contents of executive meetings focused
  • Working in partnership with the CEO to determine KPI's and how to measure and track team performance
  • Supporting the drafting of Board materials and CEO's engagement with Board members
  • Leading and collaborating on special projects 
  • Providing research to guide strategic direction

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High integrity and value driven
  • Exceptionally strong analytical & data skills; ability to collect and analyze data from multiple points both from inside and outside the organization
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across different teams on complex projects
  • Entrepreneurial and a self-starter, the successful candidate will not wait to be told what to do
  • High EQ and strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in time-sensitive and rapidly evolving situations
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, while being efficient with limited resources
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced understanding of Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalents) - SQL or other programming experience is a plus
  • MBA or background in strategic consulting and / or investment banking is preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to conduct market research and analysis that informs strategy and project selection
