Responsibilities:

  • Be a thought & solutions leader by providing data-driven recommendations
  • Identify & implement operational improvements that improve efficiency
  • Track campaigns and develop processes to ensure scalability 
  • Help shape our data structure to ensure immediate access to business KPIs
  • Develop strategies/KPIs to ensure best-in-class operational excellence across our teams
  • Establish processes that standardize and enable operational excellence when dealing with many different data sources
  • Work with our data engineering, product, tech, and marketing teams to better harness our data (or capture new data) and apply it to concrete business challenges
  • Manage compensation plan design and implementation

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience working with sales analytics and/or sales operations with deep experience in Direct Sales/Account Management
  • Comfortable with data: management, manipulation, visualization, and reporting
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of SQL is required 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Team player with strong communication abilities
  • Comfortable in the fast-paced, high growth environment of a startup
  • Enthusiastic about learning and sharing ideas and strategies that can help our sales team succeed
