Small Girls PR is looking for a freelance workplace strategist to aid in the search of an office space for a growing team. 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Work alongside leadership team to conceptualize the office space plan for the agency
  • Act as a liaison between the agency and external commercial real estate agents
  • Run point on all new-office walkthroughs and asking questions about the space on behalf of the agency
  • Lead the process of establishing the new office space - selecting favorable options, negotiating rates, presenting to the leadership team, and eventually securing a new place SGPR can call home
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create a space that fits SGPR’s design and workplace needs - floor plan & build-out strategy
  • Work with leadership team on executing the creative direction of office space and working with interior designers to help carry out that vision
