Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Business Support Systems for Skylo
  • Tight engagement with various stakeholders and business sponsors across various internal functions, including finance, supply chain management, marketing, sales, customer service, and field force.
  • Map the end-to-end business process through the life-cycle of the customer journey, including TOMA, sales, KYC, activation, billing, collections, customer care, up-sell, cross-sell and churn. 
  • Build the end-to-end systems architecture to achieve the business objectives
  • Work closely with external partners to define and project manage the implementation of various systems
  • Hold accountability for timely and quality delivery of capabilities
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations through a mix of partner and internal teams and ensure that SLAs are met towards the delivery of business KPIs   

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering IT strategy/delivery is essential, across multiple organisations is desirable
  • Experience of procuring and managing large and complex outcome-based IT contracts with interdependencies
  • Experience of working with a senior management team to develop a business focussed IT and strategies that will effectively support their business needs
  • Experience of joint procurement, market testing and outsourcing as well as negotiating quality, cost-effective services
  • Experience of successfully implementing an IT strategy through business planning
  • Evidence of delivering high quality, customer focussed services
  • Experience of contributing to the development and implementation of effective management information systems that aid the decision-making process
  • Evidence of contribution to major transformation and building teams at a time of change
  • 8-10 years of structured project or program management experience with 4-5 years specially within the core management
  • Working experience in agile delivery environments
  • Structured Project Management skills, Prince2, PMI, SAFe or any other certification within project managementDemonstrated customer journey experience in service industry, preferably telecom
  • Deep experience with Netsuite and its related set of ecosystem services
  • Good understanding of various systems across ERP, CRM, CSD, KYC, billing, HRMS and related
  • Experience of working with a senior management team to develop a business focused IT and strategies that will effectively support their business needs
  • Experience of digital technologies such as AR/VR, RPA, ChatBots, AI ML etc. is preferred
  • Experience of joint procurement, market testing and outsourcing as well as negotiating quality, cost-effective services
  • Experience of successfully implementing an IT strategy through business planning.
  • Evidence of delivering high quality, customer focused services
  • Experience of contributing to the development and implementation of effective management information systems that aid the decision-making process.
  • Mindset of working in a startup environment
  • Articulate to handle C-level conversations with biz-tech persuasive skills
  • Foundation in engineering, preferably from an IIT or institutions of similar repute
  • Highly collaborative and hands-on leader
  • Highly passionate for building technology capability to deliver a business vision
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and management
