About the role:

We are seeking a talented, technically oriented production leader to manage our in house manufacturing facility. In this role, your contributions will drive quality, productivity, and profitability.


How you'll make an impact:

  • Balances capacity against demand plan to ensure production goals and KPIs are being met
  • Staffs and directly manages assembly associates and technicians
  • Ensures approved processes are followed (SOPs, Quality, Test, Defect Reporting and Tracking)
  • Fosters positive learning and problem solving environment
  • Analyzes and reports production metrics, identifying areas of risk
  • Escalates issues to quality, supply, hardware and software design teams as required
  • Utilizes Lean and Six Sigma methods for identifying and reducing waste and variation
  • Manages in-line rework and RMA repairs
  • Oversee warehouse operations (inbound/outbound)

  • Experienced directly managing operators/associates
  • Hands on experience with electromechanical assembly (should be able to build our products as well as operators do)
  • Comfortable using MRP system (SAP, NetSuite, etc.) for work orders and inventory
