About the role:

The Demand Generation Manager at Skydio is responsible for integrated campaign management and execution across all digital channels, with a focus on ABM email campaigns. In addition to executing campaigns, you will play a key role in scaling the enterprise go-to-market process/systems. You will work closely with the head of demand generation, and various stakeholders across the go-to-market organization in the development and coordination of programs that generate new, qualified leads while effectively moving along existing pipeline through the sales stages with efficiency.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Build lead nurture programs that drive engagement, conversion and funnel velocity, across multiple buyer personas in the Federal, SLED, enterprise verticals, in addition to e-commerce buyers
  • Define and launch go-to-market processes including: lead scoring, routing and attribution to position Skydio for hyper growth
  • Partner closely with the Head of Demand generation, product marketing and go-to-market stakeholders to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and always on marketing campaigns across email, web and paid social
  • Identify additional digital programs and activities aligned to key verticals and objectives
  • Manage data including segmentation and reporting, testing, cleansing and optimization
  • Identify and execute A/B testing opportunities, providing analytical insights to improve current campaigns and inform future strategy
  • Use marketing automation tools and related technology integrations to increase demand
  • Effective program execution, orchestration & alignment across marketing, BDR and sales teams

What makes you a strong fit:

  • Significant hands-on experience in demand generation/digital marketing (ideally 5+ years)
  • Program management and coordination skills, with a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Strong familiarity and experience using email automation software (e.g. Marketo)
  • Passion for writing and communicating
  • Knowledge of ABM tactics and key demand generation metrics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you get to lay the groundwork for growth
  • Experience building B2C email programs is a plus
