Role.  An overview of the opportunity:

We are a high-performing team looking for passionate, execution-focused self-starters to help us build products that improve retailers' experience. As a Product Manager, you’ll work on high visibility projects that help tens of thousands of our retailers grow their business and engage with their consumers. This role will assist in building, designing, implementing, and testing products. This role will focus on building products and experiences for retailer engagement and operations efficiency. 

 

Responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and Skupos field functions to align product priorities and goals; develop, build, and manage a product roadmap across a specific feature set
  • Build and manage backlog understanding the value of each feature/project, the level of effort, risk, and opportunity cost
  • Lead the product team through planning to identify scope for sprints; identify opportunities to validate product direction through MVPs
  • Analyze bug reports to understand trends and regressions, and develop action plans that allow us to diagnose, escalate and resolve issues quickly
  • Leverage data to track and regularly monitor progress on success measures and goals, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, customer retention, and customer satisfaction

 

Experience

  • 1+ year of experience working with SaaS-based products; experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as driving requirements or shipping technical products
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for technology products
  • An understanding of how to read data to analyze the performance of digital features
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and focus
  • Ability to convey concepts and considerations to non-experts and experts alike
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
  • High tolerance for ambiguity; ability to switch context and still deliver on core initiatives

 

Salary is based on location and experience.

Salary range in Denver, CO: $100,000 - $145,000
