The role:

Sourcing & managing the recruiting process for a highly successful and fast-growing tech startup. You will take part in hiring for all types of roles, orchestrating your craft from start to finish. Sourcing,screening and scheduling for global roles, coordinating the recruitment process with global hiring managers. 

What you’ll do:

  • Source relevant candidates for Job descriptions & Coordinate our recruiting efforts to ensure that we attract and close top talent in a variety of departments including sales, marketing, support, customer success, etc. 
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process including screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), etc
  • Ensure a top-notch candidate experience. 
  • Partake in some program management including onboarding new hires.  

What you’ll need:

  • 2 - 3 yrs experience in a Sourcing role in the tech industry. 
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR / Psychology
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of roles including sales, engineering, G&A, etc.
