About the Role:

 

Singular is searching for a Head of Business Development to oversee and manage relationships and integration process with our key strategic partners in China.

 

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and highly motivated business development leader that has a proven track record of managing strategic partnerships with Chinese mobile advertising partners. He or she must have established contacts within the largest mobile ad channels and app stores in the Chinese market (Tencent, Baidu, Qihoo, Xiaomi, Huawei, Cheetah Mobile, etc.).

 

Having a strong technical understanding of how marketing analytics (specifically attribution solutions work with ad networks and apps stores) will be critical to the success of this role.

 

He or she must have demonstrated history in consistently meeting/exceeding business targets and building long-term relationships with target strategic partners. This position will be based in Beijing / Shanghai and will initially report to the COO.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and oversee partner integrations our strategic partners in China including (but not limited to) Tencent, Baidu, Qihoo, Xiaomi, Huawei, Cheetah Mobile.  
  • Meet with key stakeholders within our strategic partners on a regular basis to educate them on the value proposition of Singular and identifying potential product and commercial partnership opportunities.
  • Provide constant feedback on partnership requirements to both product and engineering teams to ensure that we are delivering against partner requirements
  • Work closely with COO to build a  business plan with clear quarterly targets that aligns to company overarching business and regional goals.
  • Review all partner contracts and liaise with legal team to review and edit as needed



Required Skills:

 

  • 8+ years’ experience in the mobile, digital marketing or analytics.
  • Established relationships with the largest Chinese ad networks and app store partners  
  • Strong understanding of the mobile/digital marketing ecosystem
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start up environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and impeccable business judgment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
