Position Overview:

As a Product-Led Growth Specialist for SingleStore Data Platform, you will play a pivotal role in driving user engagement and satisfaction among our free trial users. You will be responsible for ensuring that users have a seamless experience during their trial period, addressing their queries, providing guidance, and ultimately contributing to the conversion of trial users into paying customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the SingleStore Data Platform, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping users succeed.

The PG Specialist is expected to be a customer custodian to all the trial users of SingleStore. This involves giving all the free trial users a pleasant and out-of-the-box experience while they explore, evaluate, buy, and use SingleStore

Role Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy for free trial users of SingleStore Data Platform using the Intercom tool. This includes, in-app messaging to keep users informed and engaged throughout their trial period.
  • User Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for free trial users, promptly addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on how to best utilize the features of SingleStore Data Platform to meet their needs.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the features, functionalities, and use cases of SingleStore Data Platform. Stay updated on product updates, new releases, and best practices to effectively support users and drive adoption.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from free trial users regarding their experience with SingleStore Data Platform. Identify common pain points, feature requests, and areas for improvement, and communicate these insights to the product development team to inform future product enhancements.
  • Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to convert free trial users into paying customers. Provide insights into user behavior, trial usage patterns, and conversion metrics to optimize the trial-to-paid conversion process.
  • Market Research: Utilize LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to conduct comprehensive market research and identify potential users and customers for SingleStore Data Platform. Gather information about target industries, companies, and decision-makers to inform outreach strategies.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create user guides, tutorials, and other educational resources to help free trial users maximize the value they derive from SingleStore Data Platform. Contribute to the development of a knowledge base to empower users to find answers to their questions independently.

 

    Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Marketing).
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support, customer success, or sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of data management technologies and familiarity with SQL.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for helping users overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and database tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator,ZoomInfo is a plus
