Position Overview

SingleStore is in scale-up mode, acquiring customers and growing businesses at a rapid pace. We are looking for a demand generation and growth leader who can drive cloud services revenue through global campaigns, end-to-end digital journey management, customer/user acquisition and conversion programs as well as pipeline generation initiatives. 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Deliver global campaigns and programs to drive awareness and demand for SingleStore with ITDMs and Developers 
  • Manage the ITDM and Developer Digital Journey end-to-end - through the stages of Discover, Learn, Try, Buy and Advocate. Identify roadblocks on conversion across the various stages. Work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, product design, marketing and sales to resolve the conversion challenges. 
  • Drive Product Qualified Leads (PQL) and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through driving developer & ITDM awareness and adoption of SingleStore products and services. 
  • Execute launch programs at scale to make prospects, customers and users aware of our new features and capabilities. 
  • Pioneer a data-driven approach to marketing that allows us to identify levers (content, programs, campaigns, offers) and impact to drive growth. 


  • 7+ Experience in demand generation and digital marketing for SaaS and Cloud Services businesses focussed on developer and technology buyers 
  • Experience in driving end-to-end customer digital journeys through digital marketing and programs for Cloud Services or SaaS products 
  • Deep understanding of how developers and B2B IT Infrastructures buyers learn about, try, buy and use products so as to inform campaigns and programs 
  • Experience in building and managing global demand generation teams and working with multiple marketing agencies. 
  • Deeply care about integrity and truth in marketing, putting the customer first on all marketing decisions. 
  • Data-driven mindset
