Graphic Designer - Presentation Deck Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who specializes in designing impactful and visually stunning presentation decks. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and executive teams to craft decks that effectively communicate key messages while maintaining a cohesive and visually appealing aesthetic.

Responsibilities:

  • Design professional, visually engaging, and brand-consistent PowerPoint or Google Slides presentation decks for various internal and external purposes (sales, marketing, investor presentations, etc.).
  • Translate complex ideas, data, and narratives into visually compelling and easy-to-understand slides.
  • Ensure consistency in style, format, and visual identity across all presentations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the messaging, target audience, and goals for each deck.
  • Utilize design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout to enhance audience engagement.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements (images, videos, animations) to enhance the storytelling within presentations.
  • Edit and enhance existing presentations to elevate their visual quality and impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends and tools, continuously improving the overall aesthetic and functionality of presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on presentation decks (portfolio of relevant work required).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Miro, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and how to create engaging narratives through design.
  • Experience in data visualization and ability to create clean, intuitive charts, graphs, and infographics.
  • Strong eye for detail, typography, and color harmony.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate designs efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of branding and how to apply brand guidelines consistently.
  • Experience working in industries such as tech, finance, marketing, or advertising.
