The Opportunity

This position provides the vision and leadership for designing, developing and implementing SaaS business applications that create customer and business value. This includes influencing and directing the applications evolution to ensure key business strategies and processes are driven by applications that enable change, growth and flexibility. The successful Candidate will bring a demonstrated record of success in leading SaaS business applications teams in a growing, technologically advanced and very fast paced environment.

Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Lead, develop and implement SaaS application initiatives that enable Simpplr to compete more vigorously and more profitably in a constantly changing and demanding marketplace
  • Ensures organizational structure is appropriate for supporting current and future business needs
  • Be viewed as a critical voice, driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Oversee analysis and evaluation of staffing requirements to fulfill business requirements including directing the evaluation of make vs. buy decisions as they relate to outsourcing vs. in-house provisioning and identifying and developing strategic partnerships with key suppliers, licenses and contracts, vendor and consultant organizations
  • Translate business needs into system solutions making maximum use of available tools while ensuring longer term supportability of the architecture
  • Ensure availability of necessary application solutions to support business and operational needs

Your Skillset

What makes you a great fit for the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar discipline and experience, advanced technical or managerial credentials are a plus(e.g., PMP and / or CISM)
  • Minimum of 7 – 10 years’ experience planning, developing, deploying, and supporting SaaS technology services
  • Experience implementing Salesforce, Netsuite and data analytics solutions like Domo/Tableau
  • Experience building and managing teams across geographies
  • Bias for action and Customer obsession
  • Proven track record of delivering superior, cost-effective systems 
  • Experience integrating different technology and computer platforms, and yet maintain an open architecture base
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Verifiable track record of effective leadership which includes strong strategic thinking and successful execution with technical and intellectual resources
  • Ability to establish immediate credibility at all levels, inside and outside the organization

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $138,000 - $208,000 (USD). The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
