The Opportunity

The role will have a high impact on the journey forward for Simpplr, an AI-powered integrated employee experience platform ranked as a top leader both by Gartner and Forrester. The role will drive the establishment of brand, thought leadership, and research insights as critical differentiators and strengthen Simpplr's leadership in the market.

Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Own, shepherd, and develop our brand, with the goal of building a brand that the market associates as the leading brand in the category.
  • Working with your team, you will develop brand elements, guidelines, and assets and ensure that key marketing, sales, and corporate materials and experiences are on-brand. 
  • You will lead creative, content, brand storytelling, social, PR, website, on-brand presence at events and webinars, etc., and also work closely with internal and corporate communications.
  • You will work with your teams on the content calendar and deliver high-quality, on-brand content that helps the business achieve its revenue and category leadership goals. Content types include eBooks, white papers, blog articles, infographics, podcasts, contributed media write-ups, etc.
  • You will be driving how we project our thought leadership and subject matter expertise, especially in AI and employee experience.
  • Research insights are a key part of our brand, and we are known for publishing influential annual reports. You will be driving the maximum impact of such research for brand awareness and amplification.
  • You will also be responsible for controllable on-brand presence and messaging on the major social media platforms, relevant 3rd-party websites, and review sites such as G2, TrustRadius, Capterra, and Gartner Peer Insights.
  • On the PR front, you will aim for earned stories and placements not just in industry publications but also in top-tier business media such as Forbes, Forbes, WSJ, Business Insider, Inc., FastCompany, etc. You will also work on securing relevant speaking opportunities.
  • You and your team will closely collaborate with product marketing, growth, research insights, and customer advocacy teams in marketing, as well as cross-functionally with GTM, corporate communications, and other functions at Simpplr.

  • 7+ years' experience in B2B SaaS. At least some of it is in products/platforms positioned for enterprise buyers and buying teams.
  • BA/BS required
Pay Range
$160,000$240,000 USD

This model is role-based with exceptions and provides employees with the flexibility that many have told us they want.

  • Hub - 100% work from Simpplr office. Role requires Simpplifier to be in the office full-time.
  • Hybrid - Hybrid work from home and office. Role dictates the ability to work from home, plus benefit from in-person collaboration on a regular basis. 
  • Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
