About the job
Within Allianz Partners, the simplesurance team is working on preparing Allianz for the future by driving the development of new digital customer journeys and state-of-the-art digital integration capabilities across the company’s products and services. You will join a brand new team, combining the strengths of Allianz Partners with the dynamics of an InsurTech in order to build the Global Connectivity Player of Allianz Group.
Reporting to the Chief Business Owner, you will work day-to-day with cross-functional Product Development Teams, their Product Owners and Business Unit(s). You will bring your experience, fresh ideas and creative thinking to help the team create amazing digital products and services (API, mobile & web). You will focus on creating Business Value, building seamless Customer Experiences and achieving exceptional Product Quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within one or more agile teams delivering digital services / products
- Partner with global Product Owner/s to understand business needs and to identify the best digital solution
- Work “hand-in-hand” with Product Owner/s to incubate, validate and elaborate detailed user stories
- Elicit the technical requirements of digital products
- Create and / or verify UAT and functional tests to ensure systems are fit for purpose and behaving E2E as expected
- Assist Product Owner(s) with stakeholder communication and management
Bring to the Team
- 1-2 years professional experience in digital product or services development (mobile or web), experience in working as part of agile teams
- Strong understanding of API frameworks and best practices, and good understanding of digital UX and interaction design
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities as well as an excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a wholistic approach, considering business and technical processes E2E
- Creative and curious, show tenancy and a logical problem solver
- Fluency in business English, strong communicator and team player
