We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to oversee and execute core HR functions, streamline HR processes, and support our growing team. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and skilled at navigating the administrative aspects of HR while contributing to our employee-first environment.
What you’ll do:
- Handle employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and data entry.
- Support payroll operations, process benefits enrolments, and manage employee queries regarding pay, benefits, and other HR matters.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing HR processes to increase efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies; assist in audits and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance to employees and managers.
- Develop, organise, and maintain HR documents, including policies, employee records, and templates for HR procedures.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll processes, and local labor laws.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to manage sensitive information confidentially.
