As part of our Growth team, we're seeking a talented and proactive Growth Copywriter to join us in crafting compelling narratives that drive user engagement, sales, and growth.

Role Overview:

As a Growth Copywriter, you will create and test persuasive sales narratives that:

  • make people want to buy 
  • resonate with our health-conscious audience
  • enhance user experiences

Your job is to create persuasive copy that measurably sells and converts people from browsing to buying. This role requires a deep understanding of sales and marketing tactics, user psychology, behavioral psychology, archetypes, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and other relevant disciplines. You’re able to use customer data and insights to take perspective and write for real people with real problems that need to be solved.

You’ll also need to understand how to evaluate and refine your copy via key metrics and ongoing testing and iteration.

You’ll collaborate closely with a team that includes product managers, designers, marketing/brand, and growth analytics/insights roles to plan, execute, learn from, and iterate on growth and sales projects. You’ll need to know how to use AI tools to continually improve the impact, scale, and output of your work.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop persuasive copy for various channels.
  • Conduct research on user preferences, behaviors, and nutrition trends to inform content strategy.
  • Utilize sales tactics and psychological principles to create compelling messaging that drives user engagement and action.
  • Work closely with designers to ensure alignment between copy and visual elements for cohesive user experiences.
  • Continuously optimize and iterate on copy based on performance metrics and user feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in copywriting and growth marketing.

What We Look For:

  • Proven experience as a conversion-focused copywriter, preferably in the health and wellness industry or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create impactful copy across various channels and formats.
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing tactics, user psychology, behavioral psychology, archetypes, NLP, and other relevant disciplines.
  • Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting and data analysis is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for crafting engaging narratives that drive results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong team work and collaboration skills.
  • Customer-obsessed, understand how to interpret and apply research, and strong empathy for the user.
