The Growth Velocity team is central to our growth engine, turning our extensive inbound lead pool into successful purchases. By leveraging high-velocity sales strategies that blend data-driven insights with human creativity, we convert Similarweb trial users into loyal paid subscribers. This team is instrumental in scaling revenue and maximizing conversion rates from trials to purchases, driving the continued success of our business.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with low-hanging fruit trial users via inbound calls, chats, and contact forms, identifying opportunities to convert them to Similarweb’s lite paid packages.
  • Present and pitch Similarweb’s lite packages, effectively communicating their value and alignment with the prospect’s digital strategy needs.
  • Conduct brief product demos to highlight key features and demonstrate how the lite package solves specific challenges for trial users.
  • Close deals quickly and efficiently, focusing on trial users who are ready to convert with minimal friction.
  • Partner with the marketing department to identify and execute campaigns that target trial users likely to convert, driving higher engagement and conversion rates.

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • Native English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).

Experience in sales or retail - an advantage 

  • Is eager to launch a successful career in tech sales.
  • Has a strong work ethic and thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Has previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales (an advantage).
  • Is familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (an advantage).
