We’re looking for an Brand Marketing- Employer Brand Manager to effectively articulate and communicate Similarweb’s employer value proposition to the world.
This role will report to Director of Corporate Communications and Employer Brand

So, what will you be doing all day?
As an Employer Brand Manager your daily responsibilities will include:
- Produce clear and engaging marketing copy, videos and social media content
- Manage all social media for our employer channels. You will be responsible for the content and engagement across all platforms: LinkedIn Life, Instagram, Glassdoor, and more
- Own external communications and distribution channels for employer brand, including organic and paid social media, event management and email marketing campaigns
- Conduct employee engagement programs that translate employee experience into employer brand opportunities
- Engage marketing and design teams to develop brand assets
- Develop and engage employee brand ambassadors communities globally
- Develop and manage external relations with talent communities and networks, including organizing and participating in events where we can showcase our employer brand
- Measure and report on the performance of HR marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
This is the perfect job for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of work experience as a full stack marketer, Employer Brand or Recruitment Marketing- A must (in B2B SaaS - an advantage)
- Native level English- A must.
- Experience working with multiple global markets - an advantage
- Has proven experience in identifying target audiences and in building social campaigns that engage, educate and motivate across social digital channels
- Is able to innovate and come up with new and exciting ways to engage our current employees and potential candidates
- Is a master at communicating and getting messages across through written or video digital formats
- Is able to set expectations and build engagement between different stakeholders in the organization to achieve a common goal.
