We are looking for a Global Talent Sourcer to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team

As a Global Talent Sourcer you will play an instrumental part in building our most important asset which is our people! You will partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to lead targeted sourcing processes, build high quality pipelines for key roles, and devise sourcing strategy and best practices.

As a Global Talent Sourcer at SimilarWeb you will:

• Partner closely with recruitment team and hiring managers in all our global sites and own the full sourcing strategy for the most strategically important roles for the business
• Act as a strategic sourcing advisor and give your recommendations
• Use and test various platforms and tools to source the best candidates all over the globe
• Engage and attract the best talent for the business
• Build pipelines for the global senior and executive roles
• Be a point of contact for the recruiting team regarding best sourcing practices and training
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes

What will I bring to the team?

• 3-5 years of experience in global talent sourcing, working for multicultural companies
• Experience in sourcing and building pipelines for senior strategic roles globally
• Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms and tools
• Proven experience in working on GTM (Sales) and R&D positions 
• Strong focus on execution and a can do attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively - both written and verbal English
• A true team player who is willing and excited to contribute to our global team and company’s success

For this position we require coming 4 times to the office
