We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the talent acquisition team for our Israel site. As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Similarweb, you'll be at the forefront of our quest to assemble the best talent in the industry. 

Here's what you'll be doing all day:

  • Ownership of Recruiting end to end: Partner closely with hiring managers in our Tel Aviv office, taking ownership of the entire recruiting process.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, offering your recommendations to shape our talent acquisition efforts.
  • Sourcing: Utilize a diverse array of methods to source, recruit and network with potential candidates, including leveraging social media platforms, attending networking events, and participating in job fairs.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' interests, personalities, and salary expectations.
  • Skills Assessment: Apply standardized screening techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within our organization.
  • Technology Utilization: Harness the power of our ATS system to efficiently post job openings and track applicant progress.
  • Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process with final-stage candidates, from offer to acceptance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Track and analyze the effectiveness of your recruiting strategies, fostering a culture of learning and improvement within our talent acquisition team.
  • Candidate Experience: Craft and own a top-notch candidate experience that leaves a lasting impression.

What will I bring to the team?

  • 2-5 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter in a multinational company - must
  • Excellent English proficiency - must
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and a flair for creative candidate attraction strategies.
  • A data-driven mindset coupled with curiosity, enabling you to inform and educate hiring managers with valuable insights.
  • A track record of success, consistently surpassing targets and inspiring others to do the same.
  • A knack for thinking big while managing the smallest details, ensuring no opportunities slip through the cracks.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to champion candidates while serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders.
