We’re looking for a Director of Finance to manage all of the Company’s global accounting operations. This role will report to the Company’s VP Finance.

The Director of finance you will hold all responsibilities related to our accounting and financial global operations, including direct management of the controllers.

 

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as the Director of Finance team means your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Directly manage company’s global financial controllers team
  • Oversight of all finance, accounting, payroll, tax and treasury functions across the company and its subsidiaries
  • Lead the process of period-close process (monthly, quarterly, and annually) under the US GAAP, including preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and reporting to the SEC
  • Manage controls over the financial reporting process under SOX regulations, including process design and management of ongoing execution 
  • Take part in cross-company projects and supporting the corporate accounting team including automation projects and process improvement
  • Participate in creating finance strategies to ensure the Company’s financial health
  • Create internal finance infrastructure to enable company’s business growth
  • Support company’s investors and capital markets relationships
  • Serve as main point of contact for banks, financial partners, institutions, authorities (ITA, IRS, VAT) , public auditors and officials

This is the perfect job for someone who:

 

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience
  • Proven experience as the Finance Director or otherwise a leading finance professional in a global high growth company
  • Significant managerial experience - A must
  • Strong US GAAP knowledge - A must
  • Experience in the SaaS industry - significant advantage
  • Efficient and creative problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail with high level of analytical and professional skill
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, meet tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities
  • Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement. Seeks solutions in automation.
  • Excellent English – both written and verbal skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Bachelor’s or Masters's degree in Accounting

About the team

 

Our finance team is located in Israel HQ offices and in NY, managing all accounting related matters globally for all of the company’s locations, including payroll, tax and regulatory compliance, reporting and many more. As we are a “one stop shop” for accounting and finance, we take pride in our professionalism in multiple disciplinary areas, our knowledge sharing between the members of the team and most
