We’re hiring a Trainer to work with our Go-to-Market team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the training needs of the team are continuously evaluated and met, by providing the training themselves and/or partnering with experts across the Similarweb organization. The objective of this role is to drive world class performance across all GTM roles.

As a Regional Trainer at Similarweb, you will:

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing between Similarweb’s EMEA operation and Japan
  • Guide new hires through their onboarding experience, ensuring they’re set up for success
  • Provide 1:1 coaching and support to team managers to ensure that they are aligned to all of Similarweb’s training methodologies and frameworks
  • Align with regional leaders to identify training gaps, work with global partners and deliver in-market training to drive performance
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of training and make changes where appropriate
