Role Overview: 

As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a collaborative project team, working as a key member to drive the successful implementation of Salesforce CRM for our clients.  


In this role you will: 

  • Follow Scrum Methodology to successfully deliver client engagements
  • Within small to medium complexity projects;
    • Build relationships with Client Executives & Sponsors
    • Support project team on managing risks and issues
    • Budget and Scope Management
    • Provide oversight and guidance on solution to align with industry roadmap and Silverline M&E best practices
    • Support team on functional requirements and design of an integration
    • Provide Media Industry expertise
    • Ownership of project success
  • Within large to enterprise sized projects;
    • All small to medium complexity projects responsibilities and
    • Lead project team in risk and issue management
    • Lead client conversations to identify Epics and User Stories
    • Support efforts to create and document Client Backlog
    • Lead efforts in working with Product Owner to prioritize and identify Sprint Backlog
    • Lead team through solution design efforts including presentation of design to Silverline Solution panel
    • Resource Utilization Management
  • Oversee internal sign-off on the prototype prior to Sprint Reviews and Go-Live based on alignment to user stories and best practices, including both declarative and custom development and the execution of Shift’s Baseline Configuration checklist
  • Oversee the Quality Assurance process for a specific project, including the documentation of test cases based on documented requirements, the execution of test cases, the documentation of test case execution results, and the review of test case results from other team members
  • Oversee the effort to prepare materials for end user and administrator training, including the creation of end user training videos as applicable


In order to qualify you must have the following essential qualities and experiences:

  • Strong knowledge of business process and custom Salesforce solutions
  • Ability to design and implement Salesforce solutions customized to client business processes
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a constantly changing work environment with an emphasis on attention to detail
  • Experience leading delivery of Salesforce Projects with the knowledge and ability to perform advanced Salesforce Administrative functions: 
    • Solution Design (Platform and Functional Integration design)
    • Manage users, data, and security
    • Maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications
    • Build reports, dashboards, and flows
  • A self-starter, demonstrating self-confidence, enthusiasm, and the ambition to succeed within a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in the use of Internet/Web-based applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs Suite. 
  • Advance working with Excel (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • Required certifications include Certified Administrator (ADM201), Certified App Builder, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Scrum Master
  • Additional preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist,Marketing Cloud Administrator and Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant

It would be an added bonus if you also had the following:

  • Experience with other CRM applications
  • Experience with Media Industry systems, including Operative, Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, etc
