What you’ll do

As our (Senior) Community Manager (x/f/m), you will lead and nurture our growing community of healthcare professionals in the Netherlands, to increase the engagement of our users. In this pivotal role, you will develop innovative community programs, manage existing networks (Prisma), and build new ones from the ground up - guiding everything from goal setting and implementation to fostering meaningful engagement.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be the face of Doctolib with Dutch healthcare professionals, communicating the value of our solutions and the impact we bring by participating and speaking at events and conferences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Community Management & Growth: Develop, onboard, and manage our community of healthcare professionals in the Netherlands, working to increase engagement of our user base
  • Program Development: Build new engagement programs, cultivating a network of brand ambassadors, and continuously interacting with members to improve our services and strengthen the overall community
  • Public Representation: participate in discussions around care cooperation and digital innovation at industry conferences, events, and forums
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate initiatives with internal teams, including the Go-To-Market Strategy team, to improve our experience and drive user satisfaction
  • User Research: engage directly with healthcare professionals through field trips in their practices to gain insights into their workflows and identify their needs and pain points

Your skills

  • You have a Medical Degree, a degree in Health Management / Health Economics or similar fields. 
  • You bring a passion for healthcare, enjoy looking beyond the horizon, and are keen on engaging with health policy contexts.
  • You are more of an extrovert type, you enjoy sharing your opinions and are not afraid of public speaking (presentations, participating in round tables at industry events etc)
  • You are characterized by a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a team. Efficiency, precision, and empathy are in your nature.
  • You ideally have experience in Community Management and in developing community, brand ambassador, and loyalty programs, but we are also excited to meet highly motivated candidates eager to learn and grow in this area.
  • You have an outstanding ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Dutch and have business-fluent English skills.
