About the role: In this position, the person will be responsible for inbound lead generation, managing the company website, and implementing lead nurturing programs for Sigmoid's data and analytics services. You will be in charge of attracting website traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads so Sales can close them into customers. The role requires the candidate to have a flair for marketing technology and producing marketing KPI dashboards.


  • Manage the website built on WordPress to enhance user experience and improve the website performance. Review and analyze the website traffic to gain meaningful insights.
  • Work with the content marketing team to grow organic/direct traffic to the website.
  • Grow new leads by converting website traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Plan and execute lead nurturing programs leveraging automated email marketing campaigns, paid search, and retargeting.
  • Implement SEO strategies and tactics to align with business objectives. 
  • Work with agencies and specialized teams to plan and execute digital marketing activities.


  • Deep understanding of website backend, SEO, and technology ecosystem in the digital space.
  • 4-7 years of work experience as a marketer in an IT services firm or a digital marketing agency.
  • Hands-on experience of working on WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms like Zoho/Pardot, CRM, and web plug-ins.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • High energy self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-growth environment.
  • MCA/BCA, MSc./BSc. (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech will be an advantage.
