As a Management Consultant, you will be the face of the company and the chief point of contact for large enterprise customers and formulate the business strategy with them, define problem statements, success criteria and ensure successful delivery of Data Science and Analytics projects. You will engage with the Data Science teams to validate the output of their work and create impactful and interactive presentations and demos for C-suite and other stakeholders in the client organization in weekly and monthly updates. You will also interact frequently with key stakeholders at the client organization to discuss and review the sprint plans, take feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction leading to account expansion. You are expected to take complete ownership of Data Science projects, be the voice of the customer and lead the delivery end-to-end.
Must have skills to perform this role:
- Should build productive and collaborative relationships with C-suite and decision makers in clients organisation, proactively provide and seek guidance, clarification, and feedback
- Should be able to manage a team leading successful project conclusion through problem solving for enterprise-wide Data strategy issues
- Should define the problems concisely, consolidate the findings and hypothesize the proposed solution
- Should perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution by using different data mining techniques
- Should have managed intensive workloads during peaks
Ownership & Accountability:
- Independently liaise with customers and convincingly present solutions in an unstructured and ever-changing client environment. Be able to independently question the customer, when required.
- Project Delivery: Work in teams to deliver projects for global clients, be responsible and accountable and drive the results with minimal supervision
- Create hypothesis; plan and structure, review teams’ output, define deliverables and envisaged outputs;
- Should be proficient at identifying and using the relevant analytical tools to ensure zero-defect in all work streams. Experience in Tableau, Python, R, SQL is preferred

- Should have experience working in any 2 amongst the sectors of CPG, Retail, Manufacturing and BFSI
- Demonstrate sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite level or operated at a senior management level in the industry role
Basic Qualifications to meet this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities like IIT’s / NIT’s and MBA from Top Tier B-schools (IIM) preferred.
- A minimum of 3 -6 Yrs. of experience in Strategy or Consulting role with account management capabilities preferred
- Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results/solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving analytical skills with innovative and creative mindset
- Ability to be self-direct and be an independent contributor
