JD for Associate Operations Executive

 Maintenance of the offices and ensuring everything in office is in order. Maintenance constitutes of:
 Maintenance of office furniture ( chairs, tables, white boards, etc.), electrical fixtures, ACs, carpet,
 Overall Cleaning of office (including, bathrooms, common area, tables, carpet, etc.)
 Office internet - ensuring 100% SLA 
 Liasioning with various vendors and ensuring TAT of any maintenance work to 24 hrs
 Office pantry food quality checks
 Overall checks that office is order and working always (i.e. conference rooms - TVs, HDMI cables, etc. are
working, electrical points on tables are working, etc.)
 Maintaining checklists for all functions
 Ensuring issues to resolved or informed about the steps taken to resolve issues within 24 hrs of issue
 Office Boys Management - Maintaining & Managing their tasks and KPIs
 Vendor Management- Managing vendors such as, Printing, Newspaper, Air Conditioner, Cleaning, etc. 
 Office repair & improvement - Coordinating and managing all Office repair & improvements
 Internal Office Canteen - Managing the internal office canteen. Managing the snack deductions.
 Lunch & Dinner Vendors - Ensuring quality & quantity of Lunch & Dinner Vendors. Managing overall
recovery of Lunch deductions. 
 Office Infrastructure management - Overall management of other office infrastructure, such as Tables,
Chairs, Fooseball table, XBox, etc.
 Any other work given by management.


Admin Assistant qualification and skills 

 Proven admin or assistant experience
 Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
 Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
 Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 Reporting Skills
 Teamwork
 Multitask
 Flexibility
