Our Alliances organization is seeking a Field Alliance Manager to join our rapidly growing Partner team. In this role you will tactically execute GTM initiatives, strategies, and programs to engage our core strategic technology partner, Snowflake. This role is instrumental to the continued growth of Sigma and our alliance with Snowflake as an Elite Partner. 

You will report directly to the Snowflake Partnership Manager and be based out of our New York or San Francisco office. 

What you will be doing:

  • Evangelize, enable and execute go-to-market strategies with our core strategic technology partner, Snowflake
  • Develop & nurture new programs & opportunities to deepen our partnership with Snowflake that ultimately drive referrals and increase co-sells
  • Collaborate with the Sigma Corporate Sales team to support different events that enable and support our co-sell efforts with Snowflake 
  • Build, support, and apply various program guidelines, rules, and measures with the Sigma field sales teams
  • Co-own support materials for different programs and initiatives with Snowflake to drive top of funnel pipeline 
  • Track, measure, and report (using Sigma) on KPIs agreed between yourself and Sales & Partner management

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • You have Sales DNA. You have prior experience in a sales role and understand the sales mentality. 
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments + data ecosystems is preferred
  • You can work in an extremely fast-paced environment. You’re able to keep up with a highly motivated team, a market that is growing extremely fast
  • You are extremely organized & collaborative 
  • You are a self-starter. You take initiative to get things done.
  • You are a strategic thinker. You are able to see and communicate the big picture in an inspiring way

Additional Job details

The base salary range for this position is $100k - $110k annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for a variable pay (based on goal achievement), stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
