As a Go-To-Market Recruiter, you’ll impact our most important business objectives by curating the Sift of tomorrow, one hire at a time. You’ll partner with leadership to deliver on aggressive hiring targets and strategic talent acquisition initiatives. As a member of the Recruiting Team you’ll help us creatively evolve how we attract and hire talented individuals while creating an unforgettable candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful as our Go-To-Market Recruiter, you should be hungry to build your pipeline with hidden gems, creatively leveraging less obvious paths to discover Sift’s future top talent. You should bring an insatiable curiosity to learn about anything and everything related to the industry we serve (Trust & Safety) and the talent we need to build a successful business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) company.
What you’ll do:
- Manage full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting processes with a focus on candidate experience in every interaction
- Be a business partner to Go-To-Market leadership, acting as a consultative resource and talent acquisition expert
- Take an active role in creating and refining sourcing and recruiting strategies
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates for a diverse set of roles
- Exemplify excellent talent data management practices so we can offer market insights and make every search we do just a little easier
What would make you a strong fit:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (mix of agency and in-house preferred)
- Deep experience in Sales recruiting
- Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all walks of life
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, team oriented environment
