What we’re looking for:

Sift is looking for a Head of Sales to help expand our customer base in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering strategic solutions to complex problems and ability to guide the next chapter of our rapid international growth. Key responsibilities include developing instrumental growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. This role will report to the SVP of Worldwide Sales.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts (EMEA)
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build out and manage a high performing team
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

What would make you a strong fit:

    • Proven sales leader with experience building out the EMEA market for US-based Company (5+ years)
    • 10+ years experience in SaaS selling
    • Track record of exceeding targets and building and managing high performing team (8+ people)
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-suite
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
    • Proven ability to position products against competitors
    • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions in security and/or technical products
    • Excellent listening, negotiating and presenting skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent
