As Siemplify Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial part in the company’s growth and success by leading the recruitment process, bringing in the best talent, and creating and supporting our company culture.
What will you do?
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process (IL, EMEA & APAC
- Creatively recruit top-notch candidates and maintain a strong pipeline of talent while executing a meaningful candidate experience
- Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns
- Partnering and working closely with our leadership team to design the hiring process and ensure high-quality talent recruitment
- Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience.
What do you need to have?
- At least 3 years of experience recruiting E2E positions in tech companies
- Experience in international recruiting
- Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills
- Passionate about Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Proven experience in in-depth behavioural interviews
- Previous experience with Greenhouse- advantage
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
- Creative, open minded and detail oriented
- Fluent English and Hebrew (written and spoken)
