Siemplify is made up of dedicated security operations experts in New York, Tel Aviv, and everywhere in between. We are the leading independent provider of security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR), and now we are seeking a talented IT support Specialist who will support IT activities, provide services to employees, and be involved in planning and implementing IT projects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance (in person, via phone, email, and Ticket Support System).

  • Install and troubleshoot end-user equipment, software, hardware, multimedia, and telecommunications systems.

  • Manage the onboarding/offboarding process for employees.

  • Software Management - Install, track, renew and manage all subscriptions and permission.

  • Order, allocate and maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware assets.

  • Ensure that our workplace tech is constantly working— Servers, Network, Wifi, Internet Access, Zoom Rooms, presentation equipment, etc.

  • Systems health monitoring.

  • Ensuring that proper security processes are in place.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT customer support fixing PC related issues (hardware and software)

  • Good knowledge of networks, including TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, WLAN. VPN systems (IPSEC/SSL)

  • Good knowledge of VMWare ESX environments.

  • Experience with Gsuite/Office365 administration.

  • Knowledge of system security techniques.

  • Good knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, (system configuration ability ).

  • Good knowledge of internet technologies such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, and SSL.

  • Basic experience with cloud computing (e.g. AWS or GCP).

  • Services oriented and excellent communication skills.

  • Multitask with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
