組織・職場紹介 :
私達のチームは、Global Sales and Business Operation（GSBO)に所属し、販売をサポートするオペレーションチームとなります。その中で、PlayStationのハードウェア（PS5 ConsoleやDualSense等の周辺機器）のアジア各国の無線や安全認証について、SIEの設計やアジア各国のソニーGp会社等と連携・調整しながら、生産スケジュールに合わせて各国の当局に申請～取得するまでの業務を担っています。
また、上記以外にも、PS製品のアジア各国コンプライアンス全般を幅広く担当しており、同じGSBO内の他地域担当者（欧米チーム）とも緊密に連携し、PS製品に対する各国の規制に対応しています。
 
職務内容：
PlayStation製品のハードウェア（Console及び周辺機器）のアジア各国（HK/SG/TW/KR/CN/MY/TH/ID/PH/VT)の認証（無線・EMC・Safety）の取得、表示対応、及びそれに関連する規制動向調査、スケジュール管理等を担って頂きます。また、導入（販売）に至る必要なコンプライアンス対応全般（ローカライズ等）についても、職務に含まれます。
チームは日本ですが、一緒に仕事をする相手は、日本はもちろんアジア各国、SIEの欧米チームとも連携し、ハードウェアをスケジュール通りに生産・販売に繋げます。

応募資格（求められるスキル、経験など）
必須要件：
・無線・EMCに関する知識、またこれらの認証に携わった経験。
・海外との密な連携のため、英語によるコミュニケーション能力。（メール、チャット、オンライン会議に抵抗の無いこと。流暢に話せる事は必須ではありません）
・アジア（特に台湾、シンガポール）の認証機関、試験場とコミュニケーションが発生するので、中国語（繫体字）の読解能力
 
歓迎要件 ：
・繁体字を使用する国での生活や就業（留学）経験
 
求める人物像：
・PlayStationのハードウェアに関心、興味があること
・異なる業種であっても、PlayStationビジネス（特にアジア）に興味を持ち、積極的に知識や経験を身につけようとするマインドがあること
・自身の考えをわかりやすく共有し、周りの協力を得ながら、業務を推進する事が出来る方
 
ポジションの魅力
・発売前のハードウェアやプロジェクトに携わる事が出来る。
・海外とのやり取りが多く、グローバル企業で働く実感が得られる。この業務が完了しないと、生産が開始できないし、販売も出来ないので、プレッシャーはあるが、やりがいを感じる事が出来る。
・製品コンプライアンス等の専門的な知識が得られ、ゲーム機のみならず、他の製品にも今後応用が可能。
