■職務内容/ Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)

家庭向けエンターテインメント機器に組み込まれたシステムソフトウェアやアプリケーションを中心に、テスト自動化の戦略立案から技術検討・実装、実行を担う仕事です。担当する機能において複数名で構成される自動化チームのリードしていただきます。日々進化するソフトウェア技術に合わせ、最適な自動化技術の開発を行うとともに、海外のメンバーとも協力して最先端技術や新しいプロセスの積極的な導入をしていきます。また、自動化の更なる効率化のため、AI/機械学習などの技術導入もリードしていきます。

■組織・職場紹介

当部署ではアジャイル開発されるソフトウェアに対応するため、現在テストの自動化に力を入れており、国内外のソフトウェア品質保証にかかわる組織や開発者と連携しながら自動テストフレームワークやインフラの改善に取り組んでおります。独自のプラットフォームでのテスト自動化となるため様々なソフトウェアレイヤーの知識を身に着けることができ、自ら新しい技術の開発や提案を行うことができます。世界中で非常に多くのお客様にご利用いただいているプラットフォームとなるため、自分のかかわる製品をメディアや店頭で目にする機会も多く、自分の仕事の役割を社会で実感できます。

(1)ソフトウェア設計・開発業務の経験

(2)テスト自動化の設計・開発業務の経験

【歓迎（WANT）】

・Webサービス、スマホアプリの開発・QA経験

・AppiumやSeleniumなどを利用した自動化の経験

・データ分析、機械学習、AIの知識・経験

・アジャイル開発・テスト業務の経験

・Jenkins等のCIツールやDockerの知識・経験

・広い視野で物事を観察し、ファクト・データに基づいて、ロジカルに考える能力

■語学力 / Language Skills

【英語】

・TOEIC 700点以上目安

・英語によるコミュニケーションが必要です（メール、電話会議、海外出張）

・英語で記述された技術資料の読解が必要です

【日本語】

・日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上が望ましい
