Sony Interactive Entertainment(SIE)のビジネスを財務面からサポートする役割を担っている組織です。

アメリカ・ヨーロッパ・日本・アジアにチームメンバーがおり、我々はそのグローバルチームと連携して業務を行っています。

グローバル全体では15名程度の様々なバックグラウンドを持ったメンバーが所属しています。資金繰りを始めとした財務オペレーションを担当するTreasury Operationと与信管理を担当するCredit Controlの2チーム制となっています。時にはチームの枠を超えてコラボレーションする機会もあります。

我々の部署は現在4人が在籍しており、うち1名は海外を拠点としているメンバーになります。少数のチームですが、刻々と変化する財務課題にグローバル一丸となって取り組むダイナミズムを体感できる職場です。

職務内容 / job responsibility：

【概要】

財務スペシャリストは、PlayStationビジネスの更なる拡大をTreasury Operation或いはCredit Controlの観点から貢献する任務を担います。グローバルチームと連携の上、チームのハブとして積極的な情報発信、情報収集、各拠点とのコラボレーションが求められます。

ゲーム業界はビジネスの動きが早く、財務の重要性が高い時期もあれば、与信管理の重要性が高い時期もあり、事業の最前線でダイナミックな環境を楽しめるポジションです。
枠にはまった仕事だけではなく、状況に応じた変化を楽しみながら一緒に仕事をしてみませんか？

【主な業務内容】

下記いずれかの業務をお任せ致します。また、これ以外にも中長期的な財務戦略立案やその遂行、グローバルチームとの定例会議や金融機関の対応、特殊案件やグローバル横断PJをアサインする可能性があります。

Treasury Operation

連結キャッシュフロー実務：
SIE連結のキャッシュフロー予測策定から実績分析までの一連実務を行う。予測データの回収、集計、グループ間取引の消去から実績データの取得、予測との差異分析を行う。
為替ヘッジ実務：
為替エクスポージャー把握、ヘッジまでの一連の業務を実施。ヘッジスキーム等の見直し・検討を行い、最適なオペレーションを構築する。
マネジメントレポートの発信：
キャッシュフローやキャッシュ等のグローバルレポート作成及び発信業務を担う。

Credit Control

与信のグローバル管理：
与信の連結管理、年次での与信更改取りまとめ、その他グローバルから寄せられる問い合わせの相談窓口として案件の解決へと導く。
リスクマネジメント：
主要取引先の財務状況分析、債権保全方法の検討、取引信用保険のグローバルポリシー検討・交渉・契約サポートを行う。
マネジメントレポートの発信：
ソニー本社向けやSIE内のマネジメントレポートの作成から発信までの実務を担当。

応募資格（求められるスキル、経験など）/ Must have

事業会社において経理、財務、事業管理の実務経験3年以上ある方
英語でのコミュニケーション（電話・メール・会議等）ができる(目安：TOEIC：800点以上）
様々なバックグラウンドを持つ人々と良好な関係を構築できるコミュニケーション力
現状に満足せずに、主体的に周りを巻き込みながらアクションを起こせる行動力
問題解決能力、論理的思考能力

歓迎スキルや経験など/Nice to have ：

マネジメント経験がある方
財務分析を行うために必要な会計知識
