■職務内容/ Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)
PlayStationプラットフォームソフトウェア開発のコアになるシステムソフトウェア・SDK開発を進めていくにあたり、主にそのSDK開発のポリシー、戦略、進め方の立案（プランニング）、また個々の開発チームと協業して全体として大きな機能を作っていく上での全体統合・最適化を進めていくためのドライブやマネジメントを担当します。SDKのためのPMO、TPR、Integratorの役割。
■組織・職場紹介/Description of responsibilities of the hiring
システムソフトウェア、SDKにおいて、それら全体に影響を及ぼすような開発・リリースポリシー、開発・リリーススケジューリング、アーキテクチャの検討、および全体統合・インテグレーションを行っている開発部門の中にある組織です。個々の領域、コンポーネントの開発はそれぞれの開発チームがいますが、我々プラットフォームビジネスにおいてはシステムソフトウェアおよびSDKはそのベース・土台を支える部分として全体に影響するようなところを中心に活動しています。
また、SDKとしても世の中一般的な汎用的なSDKを開発しているのではなく、まさしく我々PlayStationプラットフォームのためのSDKをハードウェアやネットワークサービスと一体になって一緒に設計し、我々のプラットフォーム上で動作するすべてのアプリケーション・サービスにとって最高のソフトウェア開発環境になるよう目指しているチームです。最大の魅力は世界で戦えるリードプラットフォームのソフトウェア、SDK戦略を考えられますし新しい概念を作り出していけるところにあります。
■求められる実務経験領域・経験年数
・ソフトウェア開発の経験は必須（最低5年以上）
・最低二つ以上のプラットフォーム（例: Windows、UNIX）、ソフトウェア言語（例：C++、Java）での実務経験がそれぞれ2年以上あること
■求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications
プラットフォームの種別（PC、サーバー、クラウド、スマートフォン、ゲーミング、等）は問わないがプラットフォーム自体に関心が高く、またそのプラットフォーム上での開発環境（SDK）を理解していることが求められる。
技術領域としてはゲーミングに精通・特化している必要はなく、CPUやGPU、オペレーティングシステム、ドライバ系など、広く基本的な用語、技術を理解していること。
■求められる人物像
・過去を尊重しながら新しいことにチャレンジすることが好きな方
・業務上様々なチーム・組織、海外・国内問わずコニュニケーションが発生するため、話すこと自体に内容や言語問わず躊躇がない方
■求められる語学力
・TOEIC860相当以上の英語スキルを有することが望ましい
・TOEICのスコアだけではなく英語で話すことに抵抗感がなく話せること
