PlayStationのゲーム開発者むけの開発環境(Windows)に関するソフトウェアおよびバックエンドシステムのサーバ用ソフトウェア(Amazon Linux)の開発を行います。要件分析・設計・実装・開発者テスト・不具合解析・関連する開発者サポートまでを担当していただきます。自分の手でソフトウェアを開発し、それを幅広い領域で実際の製品やサービスに使ってもらうことができます。
■組織・職場紹介/Description of responsibilities of the hiring
PlayStation ゲーム SDKおよびサブミッションシステムにおけるゲームパッケージやゲームディスクの作成、検証やコンテンツ保護のための暗号処理機能、差分配信機能や差分納品機能などゲームバイナリに関するコンテンツパイプラインに関するソフトウェアの開発およびそれに必要なサーバインフラの一部の構築・運用を担当しています。PlayStationシステムソフトウェア開発者のみならず、サーバチーム、海外チーム、商品企画、デベロッパーサポートなど様々な部署と連携して開発を行っています。
基本的にソフトウェアやシステムは内製ですので、自分たちでソフトウェアやシステムの開発ができる部署です。
■語学力 / Language Skills
TOEIC650相当以上の英語スキルを有することが望ましい

自分たちの手でコアコンピタンスになるソフトウェアの開発を行いますので、ハイレベルなエンジニアとしてキャリアを積むことができます。海外のチーム(主にUS, UK)との協業も多くグローバルに活動していますので、ワールドワイドで活躍していただくことが可能です。勤務形態はオンサイトとリモートのハイブリットになります。仕事の状況に応じて柔軟に選択いただく形になります。
■求められる実務経験領域・経験年数/Job experience & length of experience years
【必須（MUST）】
- 実務でのsoftware開発経験 (言語:C++, 5年)
Platformは Linux(必須) および Windowsまたは組み込みシステムのいずれか一方
【歓迎（WANT）】
- サーバの構築・運用経験(オンプレサーバであれば尚可) (3年)
■求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications
【必須（MUST）】
- デザインパターン・オブジェクト指向プログラミング
- 信頼性の高いcodeが書けること
- 要求仕様からクラスやメソッドの設計、要求仕様の不備や想定漏れを検知・指摘できること
- RFC等のspecを短期間で理解できること
【歓迎（WANT）】
- 暗号分野における基礎知識
- セキュリティ全般の知識
- Java あるいは スクリプト言語(python,shell script等)の知識・経験
- Linux あるいは Windowsのシステム構築・運用経験
